Turn the cylinder back to the starting position without turning the dialsthe new code is now set. Risk of failurecode errorsCaution If the lock hasp has been open for an extended period and touched by others before closing it, the lock may not be in the correct position when closing again, and the code may appear invalid. If you dialed the numbers again during step 3 and then returned them without writing them down, the new code may not have been saved correctlyremember your new code and test the lock immediately. We use a premium delivery service to ensure all of our bikes arrive in the best possible condition. Bicycles get shipped from a different warehouse and may arrive separately from any other items ordered. A signature is required to confirm proof of delivery.

All products are sourced from official importers and covered by manufacturers warranty. If you do need to send items back to us please make sure that you retain proof of postage in the event that it is needed.

Your product is covered by a 12 month Warranty or more if you opted for the extended warranty. Make sure you register your product.
