30-day return window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Proof of purchase required.
How to start a return
Email ride@bicyclelab.com with your order number and reason. Once approved, we'll send return instructions. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Non-returnable items
- Used, assembled, or installed items
- Items damaged through misuse
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)
Damaged or incorrect items
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Return shipping costs
If the return is due to our error, we cover the postage. For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers the return shipping cost.
Services
Bike service labour is non-refundable once completed. If you're unhappy with the outcome, contact us, and we'll work to resolve it.
