Do you ship Australia-wide?
Yes — we ship all bikes, parts, and accessories anywhere in Australia. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days for metro areas and 5–14 days for regional or remote locations.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched.
My order arrived damaged — what do I do?
Contact us at ride@bicyclelab.com.au within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or refund promptly.

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most unused items in their original packaging. See our full Returns & Refund Policy for details.
How do I start a return?
Email ride@bicyclelab.com.au with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the process.
Bike servicing & repairs
Where are you located?
24 Strada Crescent, Wheelers Hill VIC 3150. By appointment only — no walk-in showroom.
How do I book a service?
Visit our Book a Service page, choose your tier, fill in the form, and we'll confirm within 1 business day. Or call +61 423 126 401.
What are your service prices?
Basic $65 — routine tune. Standard $95 — full drivetrain cleaning, cables, and wheel truing. Premium $165 — complete strip-down and overhaul. All prices are labour only — parts quoted separately.
How long does a service take?
Basic: 2–3 days. Standard: 4–5 days. Premium: 6–7 business days.
Do you service e-bikes?
Not currently. We service road, MTB, commuter, hybrid, folding, kids, and BMX bikes.
Do parts cost extra?
Yes — service prices are labour only. Parts are always quoted before work begins—no hidden costs.
Can I get a quote before booking?
Yes. Email or call us with a description (and photo if possible), and we'll give you an estimate upfront.
Gift cards & products
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes — BiCycle Lab Gift Cards are available from $10 to $500. Buy one here.
Do you price match?
We aim to be competitive. Contact us if you find the same item cheaper elsewhere, and we'll do our best to help.
