Ideal for bikes ridden regularly that need a routine check and tune. Gets your bike safe and shifting smoothly in one visit.

Safety & inspection

  • Full safety check — frame, fork, bolts & quick releases
  • Tyre condition & pressure check (inflate to correct PSI)
  • Brake pad wear check & contact point inspection

Brakes

  • Brake lever & cable tension adjustment
  • Brake caliper alignment (rim or mechanical disc)
  • Rotor straightening (minor; disc bikes)

Drivetrain & gears

  • Gear indexing & derailleur limit screw adjustment
  • Chain clean & lubrication
  • Chain wear check

Finishing

  • Saddle height & handlebar alignment check
  • Test ride & final safety sign-off

Everything in Basic, plus a thorough drivetrain clean and wheel care. Recommended every 6 months or 500 km for regular riders.

Drivetrain deep-clean

  • Chain, cassette & chainrings degreased & cleaned
  • Derailleur pivots cleaned & lubricated
  • Jockey wheels cleaned & checked
  • Chain re-lubed with correct lube for conditions

Cables & housing

  • Brake & gear cable tension re-set
  • Cable housing condition & end-cap inspection
  • Brake & gear cables lubricated

Wheels & contact points

  • Wheel true (minor lateral correction)
  • Spoke tension check
  • Hub play check (front & rear)
  • Pedal thread & tightness check

Headset & cockpit

  • Headset play & bearing check
  • Stem bolts & handlebar torque check
  • Seatpost clamp & saddle bolt check

Finishing

  • Frame wipe-down & condition report
  • Test ride & full sign-off

A full strip-down and rebuild. For bikes that haven't been serviced in over a year, or any bike that needs a complete reset from the ground up.

✓ Turnaround: ~6–7 business days

Everything in Standard, plus:

Full strip-down & deep clean

  • Complete disassembly of drivetrain components
  • Frame, fork & all parts thoroughly cleaned
  • Bottom bracket removed, cleaned & inspected
  • Headset cups, bearings & races cleaned & re-greased

Cable & housing replacement

  • All brake & gear inner cables replaced
  • Outer cable housing replaced (where required)
  • New ferrules & end-caps fitted

Brakes (advanced)

  • Hydraulic disc brake bleed (Shimano or SRAM)
  • Brake pad inspection & replacement if worn
  • Full caliper alignment & rotor true

Wheels & bearing service

  • Full wheel true (lateral & radial)
  • Hub bearing service & re-grease
  • Spoke tension equalised & checked

Suspension (if applicable)

  • Fork & rear shock air pressure set
  • Stanchion wipe & seal condition check

Finishing

  • Full frame polish & protective wax
  • Comprehensive written condition report
  • Priority booking slot & extended test ride
