Who we are
BiCycle Lab™ is a Wheelers Hill-based cycling business serving Melbourne's south-eastern suburbs. We started with a clear purpose: to make quality bike service affordable and easy to get. We also want more people to choose cycling over driving.
We're not a big chain or a franchise. We're a small, passionate shop. We believe your bike deserves proper care. It can be a $200 commuter or a $3,000 road bike. It should be cared for by someone who knows what they are doing.
What we do
We run two sides of the business. Our online store carries a curated range of bikes, parts, and accessories shipped Australia-wide. Our local workshop offers expert bike service and repairs by appointment from our Wheelers Hill base. There are no showroom lines. You get dedicated one-on-one care for your bike.
We service road bikes, mountain bikes, commuters, hybrids, folding bikes, kids bikes, and BMX. We do not currently service e-bikes.
Our mission
Every bike we service or sell is one more reason for someone to ride instead of drive. We're passionate about cutting emissions through cycling. We believe the best way is to keep bikes well maintained. Bikes should be affordable to own and easy to buy.
That means transparent pricing, honest advice, and never upselling you on work your bike doesn't need.
Servicing
We offer three service tiers: Basic ($65), Standard ($95), and Premium ($165). All tiers are labour only. Parts are quoted separately before work begins. Turnaround ranges from 2–3 days for a Basic service to 6–7 days for a full Premium overhaul. All servicing is by appointment only.
