About BiCycle Lab™
A small, local, independent business on a mission to get more people riding.
Who we are
BiCycle Lab™ is a Wheelers Hill-based cycling business serving Melbourne's south-eastern suburbs.
We're not a big chain or a franchise. We're a small, passionate local business that believes your bike deserves proper care. Whether it's a $200 commuter or a $3,000 road bike, it should be looked after by someone who knows what they're doing.
Why we started
We started with a clear purpose: to make quality bike care affordable and easy to get, and to encourage more people to choose cycling over driving.
Every bike that's looked after is one more reason for someone to ride instead of drive. That idea is at the heart of everything we do.
Our mission
We're passionate about cutting emissions through cycling, and we believe the best way to do that is to keep bikes well maintained and affordable to own, so that more people can choose to ride.
Our goal is simple: get more people riding, more often.
What we aim to do
Make cycling an easy, affordable choice for everyday life.
Every trip by bike instead of car helps reduce emissions in our community.
From everyday commuters to high-end road bikes, every ride deserves proper attention.
Clear information, fair prices and advice you can trust.
What we believe in
- Transparent pricing. You know what you're paying for.
- Honest advice. We tell you what your bike needs, and what it doesn't.
- No unnecessary upselling. We'll never push work your bike doesn't need.
