BiCycle Lab Shipping & Delivery Information

BiCycleLab offers shipping to almost all postcodes in Australia (please check the Undeliverable Postcodes section below). Orders are generally shipped from our Melbourne distribution centre the next working day after full payment is received.


Ordering and Payment Process

Order Confirmation

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means that we have received your order in our system and authorised your credit card for the purchase.

Availability Check

  • As soon as we receive your order, we automatically contact our suppliers to confirm the item is in stock and available for immediate shipment.
  • If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorisation and contact you via email.
  • If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Shipping Providers

BiCycle Lab partners with four reputable couriers to deliver the most efficient service.

1. AUSTRALIA POST (eParcel)

  • Used for: Items that weigh 22 kg or less.
  • Tracking: Internet-enabled freight system. Each parcel carries a barcoded label. You can view your item's location at any time.
  • How to Track: You will be given a consignment number. Please visit http://auspostcom.au/track/ and use the tracking number.

2. FASTWAY COURIERS

  • Used for: Items weighing under 22kg at a lower cost than eParcel.
  • Address Requirement: A non-PO Box address is required. If you do not provide the correct information, your parcel will not be dispatched until we receive it.
  • Tracking: You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. Track at http://www.fastway.com.au.

3. ALLIED EXPRESS

  • Used for parcels weighing over 22 kg. Allied Express is the biggest independently owned courier company in Australia.
  • Pre-Delivery Contact: Allied Express will contact you before delivery via SMS or phone number.
  • How to Track: Requires a consignment note and the destination postcode. Track at http://alliedexpress.com.au/ or call 131373 for more queries.

4. TOLL

  • Used for parcels weighing less than 30kg.
  • Address Requirement: A non-PO Box address is required. If you do not provide the correct information, your parcel will not be dispatched until we receive it.
  • Missed Delivery: If your delivery is missed, you will receive a card with instructions on how to locate your parcel. You can visit the Toll website to arrange a redelivery.
  • How to Track: With the tracking number, you can track the parcel anytime at https://www.tollgroup.com/tools/mytoll.

Shipping Times

Delivery time begins only after payments have cleared and the item has been dispatched from our warehouse (usually 1 working day after payment is cleared). We cannot guarantee delivery on any specific date or time.

Important Shipping Notes

Undeliverable Packages

If your parcel is returned to us, our customer service representative will contact you by email.

Situation Action / Consequence
Inaccurate address If the product is returned to us, a redelivery fee will apply.
Unsuccessful Delivery Attempt Australia Post: A notification will be left to collect your parcel from your local Post Office. Fastway/Allied Express: Arrangement will be made in advance. A redelivery fee will apply if you are not home at the scheduled time.
Rejected by Receiver Please ensure the recipient is aware of the gift to avoid rejection. A redelivery fee will apply if the parcel must be resent.


No Pickups Available

Pickup or arranging your own courier service is not available at our warehouse.

Damages

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) upon arrival.

  • If you notice any damage, please note it when signing for delivery.
  • If your item(s) arrive damaged, please send photos to: info@bicyclelab.com.au, and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • All orders cancelled more than 48 hours after placement are subject to a $30 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped.
  • If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will be responsible for actual return shipping charges.
  • Refunds will be issued only to the original credit card used for your order.

Undeliverable Postcodes

BiCycle Lab regrets that, due to limited carrier access, we are unable to deliver to certain postcodes. Orders with no shipping service will be automatically cancelled and refunded.

Please contact customer service for more information if you need the item delivered to a remote area.
