Where we ship
We ship all products Australia-wide. International shipping is not available at this stage.
Processing times
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment. Weekend and public holiday orders are processed the next business day.
Delivery estimates
- Metro areas: 3–7 business days
- Regional areas: 5–10 business days
- Remote areas: 7–14 business days

Shipping costs
Calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination. Free shipping promotions apply automatically where eligible.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed once your order is dispatched. Use this to follow your delivery via the carrier's website.
Large items (bikes)
Bikes are shipped partially assembled and securely packaged. Some assembly is required. Contact us if you need assistance.
Lost orders
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, email ride@bicyclelab.com with your order number and we'll investigate.
