30-Day Return Window
We accept Change of Mind returns for a refund or store credit within 30 days of the original delivery date.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it in, unused and uninstalled, and in its original, undamaged packaging with all tags and labels still attached.
How to Start a Return

If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without a prior return request will not be accepted. A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to cover our suppliers' handling costs, particularly for large items such as bikes.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned:
- Clothing Goods (Cycling Skull Cap, Gloves, etc.)
- Sale items
- Gift cards
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
