We are committed to ensuring all products meet the quality and reliability standards our customers expect. However, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind. We encourage you to carefully consider your purchase to ensure it meets your needs and expectations.
Delivery Timeframe
Please note that we cannot guarantee the exact arrival date. Delivery timeframes exclude weekends and public holidays. They are as follows:
- For customers in Victoria, approximately 7-10 working days;
- For customers in NSW, SA, ACT, and QLD, approximately 9-12 working days;
- For customers in WA, NT, and TAS, approximately 9-12 working days.
We use a premium delivery service to ensure all of our bikes arrive in the best possible condition. Bicycles get shipped from a different warehouse and may arrive separately from any other items ordered. A signature is required to confirm proof of delivery.
All products are sourced from official importers and covered by manufacturers warranty. If you do need to send items back to us please make sure that you retain proof of postage in the event that it is needed.
Your product is covered by a 12 month Warranty or more if you opted for the extended warranty. Make sure you register your product.
