Returns – Change of Mind

Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving the item, including cases where an incorrect purchase was made. This also applies to orders cancelled after the item has already been dispatched.

To qualify for a change-of-mind refund, the product must be returned in a re-saleable condition. Deductions may apply for initial shipping, return shipping and a 10% restocking fee based on the product price.

We use a premium delivery service to ensure all of our bikes arrive in the best possible condition. Bicycles get shipped from a different warehouse and may arrive separately from any other items ordered. A signature is required to confirm proof of delivery.

All products are sourced from official importers and covered by manufacturers warranty. If you do need to send items back to us please make sure that you retain proof of postage in the event that it is needed.
