Identify the front by the raised red triangle marking. The factory code is 0000. Pull the lock light hook outwards once to unlock. Setting a new code: Push out the lock hook and turn the cylinder in the direction of the arrow. Set the desired 4-digit code by aligning the numbers with the indicated markings. Turn the cylinder back to the starting position without turning the dial; the new code is now set. 

Risk of failure code errors.  

Caution: If the lock hasp stays open too long, someone may touch it.Before you close it again, the lock may shift out of position. Then the code may look invalid.

 If you dialled the numbers again in step 3 and then returned them without writing them down, the new code may not save. Remember your new code. Test the lock right away. Tip: Write down your new code and keep it in a safe place. After setting it up, always close and open the lock once to check.

We use a premium delivery service to ensure all of our bikes arrive in the best possible condition. Bicycles get shipped from a different warehouse and may arrive separately from any other items ordered. A signature is required to confirm proof of delivery.

All products are sourced from official importers and covered by manufacturers warranty. If you do need to send items back to us please make sure that you retain proof of postage in the event that it is needed.

Your product is covered by a 12 month Warranty or more if you opted for the extended warranty. Make sure you register your product.
