Returns

We accept Change of Mind returns within 14 days after receiving the item where you have changed your mind or made an incorrect purchase. This also applies to orders cancelled after the item has been dispatched from our warehouse.

The item must be returned in a re-saleable condition to qualify for a change-of-mind refund. Deductions may apply, including initial and return shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee of the product price.

We use a premium delivery service to ensure all of our bikes arrive in the best possible condition. Bicycles get shipped from a different warehouse and may arrive separately from any other items ordered. A signature is required to confirm proof of delivery.

All products are sourced from official importers and covered by manufacturers warranty. If you do need to send items back to us please make sure that you retain proof of postage in the event that it is needed.
