Fitment & Care Guidelines

To ensure the highest level of personal safety and prolong the lifespan of your protective gear, please observe these standard guidelines:

• Achieving the Perfect Fit: Place the helmet level on your head (roughly two finger widths above your eyebrows). Rotate the rear adjustment dial clockwise until the inner cradle is snug but comfortable. Fasten the chin buckle and adjust the Y-straps so they sit neatly just under your earlobes.

• Maintenance & Cleaning: Hand-wash the removable fabric liners using mild soap and cold water only. Wipe the hard ABS exterior shell clean using a damp microfiber cloth. Never use harsh chemical solvents or abrasive cleaners on any part of the shell or internal EPS foam core.

• Replacement Notice: Always replace any bicycle helmet immediately following an accident, drop, or significant impact, even if there is no visible damage to the outer plastic casing, as the inner protective foam layer may have compressed to absorb the energy.

We use a premium delivery service to ensure all of our bikes arrive in the best possible condition. Bicycles get shipped from a different warehouse and may arrive separately from any other items ordered. A signature is required to confirm proof of delivery.
